Cream & Condensed Milk Biscuit Cup Dessert
A quick and easy layered dessert for about 4–5 glasses, depending on their size.
Ingredients

- 7 fl oz (200 ml) cold heavy whipping cream
- 3.5–5.3 oz (100–150 g) sweetened condensed milk. If using unsweetened condensed milk, add 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar, to taste.
- 3.5–4.2 oz (100–120 g) finely crushed plain tea biscuits or digestive biscuits
Instructions
1. Crush the biscuits in a food processor, or place them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
2. Pour the cold heavy cream into a chilled mixing bowl and whip for about 1 minute.
3. Add the condensed milk (and powdered sugar if using unsweetened condensed milk). Continue whipping for about 3 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
4. Layer the dessert in glasses: start with crushed biscuits, add a layer of cream, and repeat. Finish with cream and a light sprinkle of biscuit crumbs.

5. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours. This allows the biscuits to soften and the cream to set nicely.
Baking Tips
- For a thicker whipped cream, make sure both the cream and mixing bowl are very cold.
- Unsweetened condensed milk can make the cream slightly softer, so chilling is especially important.
- For a chocolate version, use cocoa biscuits or chocolate cookies.

Storage
Keep covered and refrigerated. Enjoy within 1–2 days for the best texture.
